"Jordan, if you wait around for a guy to buy you something from Tiffany, you'll be waiting forever."
I heeded my mother's wisdom and headed straight to Tiffany and Co. (any excuse to shop)
And I have to say, there is something special about holding that little turquoise box with the pearl coloured ribbon.
It was just so pretty that I didn't even want to unwrap it! I spent much longer than I'd care to admit just stroking the textured box and the waxy bag it came in. No shame.
Inside were these beauties.
They have a wavy shape so reflect the light in a lovely way, and they read Tiffany and Co. New York in lovely scripted writing. I fell in love with them in the shop in Dubai and they were made even better when I discovered that they were only £99 with the exchange rate (which for Tiffany is an extremely good price). They also look lovely in my ears. As I have thick, dark hair, they're just big enough so that you can still see them when I have my hair down.
I bought these for everyday use (as my old studs which I had for nearly five years were getting a bit on the tatty side) and they are so comfortable, plus look good with basically everything.
These were perfect for my personal treat (can't wait around for a little blue box forever!) and would be a lovely birthday/Christmas/Valentine's/Mother's Day gift. Let me know what you've been treating yourself to in the comments :)
You can find them here
There are also a similar pair in a heart shape which are here

So gorgeous! I'm getting my first piece of Tiffany jewellery for my birthday from my boyfriend .. I did have to steer him in the right direction though, men don't always have much of a clue when it comes to these things ;)
ReplyDeleteOooh you're soo lucky! That's very true I think subtle hints aren't even enough sometimes! My boyfriend never buys me jewellery no matter how much I hint haha.
