Gosh, that's a lot of Bs!
I love Benefit. I don't know if it's the gorgeous packaging, or the downright beautiful products, but something has got me hooked.
To be completely honest, I didn't really worry about eyebrows until about Christmas just gone. Yes...I know. I feel like a complete beauty rookie. But I've always been a bit late with things such as this. Let's face it, I never started wearing makeup until I was 16!
But, I'm getting sidetracked.
I probably haven't told you this yet, but my beautiful mama used to work for Estee Lauder as a makeup artist, so I've basically learnt everything I know from her. If I didn't have her, I'd probably still be walking around looking like I did when I was 12.
This Christmas, she noticed that I never did anything with my eyebrows, to which I replied, typically, "I don't want to try that!" To which she replied, "It will shape your face!" Of course, as usual, she was right. She fixed up my eyebrows with her own kit and they looked a hundred times better. I couldn't have imagined what a change to my face they would have made!
When I received some Boots vouchers for my birthday, I knew what they were going on. I sped straight over to the Benefit counter and picked out their eyebrow kit, Browzings.
I got mine in the darkest shade, as I have the darkest eyebrows. The adorable little black kit comes with a hard angle brush, a pair of tweezers and a blending brush. I don't really use the tweezers, as you can see they're still bound up, as they're a bit on the teeny side and I love my big tweezers.
The dark wax on the left is used to shape and keep all those little stray hairs in place, while the powder on the right is used to fill in all the gaps that are leftover, and give a bit of colour of course.
Here are the results:

As you can see, this kit gives my brows so much more shape and definition, making them one of the key parts of my makeup routine. Also, since I need so little of the wax and powder in order to achieve what I want I know that it will last forever!
The kit is only £23.50 and I think this is a brilliant price for what you get. Benefit has not failed me yet! You can buy this product here.

What are you wearing on your lips? I want it and I need it!
ReplyDeleteHaha! It's Rimmel Apocalips in 'Luna'. It's lovely but really difficult to apply evenly so I always put it over a lip balm :) xx
DeleteVery beautiful makeup styling. Natural tones and great liner :)
