You all know how much I love my fruit scented shampoos and conditioners. Therefore, I must admit that this purchase was mostly fuelled by that obsession.
Recommended by my mama after she was given a free sample, Free From Frizz Blowout Shampoo and Conditioner smells absolutely amazing. It's a really sweet, fruity watermelon scent which hooked me as soon as I gave it a whiff!
Don't get me wrong, I actually do have frizzy hair, so this product wasn't completely wasted on me. This product claims to "naturally smooth the hair from root to tip without a harsh chemical in sight." Sounds great!
I've been using this for about a week and I now love it! If you try it, don't expect instant results, especially if your hair is super frizzy. However, after a couple of days my hair became a lot more controllable and a lot less poofy than it normally is. I also used it before I curled my hair the other night and it appeared to reduce the amount of frizz that normally results from heat on my locks.
The only thing I would probably say is that the smell doesn't last a long time, which is a real shame because I love it. I suppose the main aim of this product is the frizz reduction, and no complaints in that department whatsoever!
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from a frizzy do! You can buy them from Boots for £5.99 each and if you're not partial to watermelon, they also do both in mango...mmm...
This sounds like it is definitely a product I want to try. Do you know if it is made up of mostly natural ingredients? It looks like the kind of product that would be.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely day :)

I don't think the ingredients are totally natural if I'm honest. It contains a LOT of ingredients on the back, most of which I've never heard of. However the description states that there are no harsh chemicals :)

I don't have frizzy hair but I'd definitely buy some bottles for my friends, I love the packaging!

Sounds like a product I should give a try. I don't have overly frizzy hair but it's always nice to have your hair a bit more tamed!
