Our room was the Royal Crescent Suite and was an absolute dream. With a huge, four poster bed, a chess board, a huge living room and more. It felt absolutely luxurious and the height of comfort, all with a beautiful view across the Royal Crescent outside. The perfect spot for people watching.
The hotel is also full of beautiful corners like this magical staircase we discovered while exploring. Don't worry, I didn't fall!
On our second evening we had dinner in the hotel and went for their five course tasting menu. I have to say, I think this was one of my favourite tasting menus I've ever tried and I've had a lot! There wasn't a single dish on the menu that I didn't like and I could happily eat the whole thing again right now while looking at these photos! My favourite course was of course dessert - a strawberry cheesecake that was a complete dream.
On our final day we had afternoon tea in the restaurant. You can visit the Royal Crescent just for afternoon tea as well and I think it would be the perfect treat if you find yourself in the city of Bath, maybe celebrating a special occasion. The tea was absolutely lovely, very fresh and delicious. We were completely stuffed from breakfast so ended up taking a lot of the cakes home, but it was all fantastic.
I couldn't recommend the Royal Crescent Hotel more. It truly was one of the most lovely hotels with a real magical and traditional feel. It is definitely the must-stay hotel in Bath and the Live Like A Bridgerton package would be the perfect treat for a mini staycation this year, especially if you're as big a fan of the show as I am!
Have you ever visited Bath? x
